Payment Policy

RISE Physio accepts cash, debit, or credit card for payment at the end of each visit.  A receipt will be issued at the end of each treatment for submission to extended health providers.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all appointments.  A late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for ANY late cancellations.
