How We Use Sports Rehab
for Your Lasting Recovery
Sports rehabilitation bridges the gap between acute injury management, biomechanical re-education, and peak athletic performance. Our multi-modal clinical approach integrates hands-on joint mobilization, dry needling, soft-tissue release, blood flow restriction (BFR) training, and progressive neuromuscular loading tailored to athletes of every level—from weekend runners and high school competitors to seasoned lifters and masters athletes. Delivered strictly one-on-one with full access to our private clinical suites at our Shelburne clinic, we systematically address movement asymmetries, rebuild sport-specific strength, and guide objective return-to-play testing so you return to competition stronger, faster, and resilient against re-injury.
